My approach when working with buyers is to get to know you and your family, your specific wants/needs, and your target neighborhoods. I’m a great listener and an expert on the Premier Peninsula cities. I proactively find homes that match your criteria, including daily MLS searches to stay on top of new listings. I maintain contact consistently so you know I’m working with your best interests at heart. I’ve found that when the right property comes on the market, being one of the first agents to reach out to the listing agent puts me in a strong position with my buyers. When listing agents know you are doing your due diligence in setting up property previews, reviewing disclosures, and responding quickly, they know you and your clients will perform. I’ve been told by agents that they selected my clients’ offer because they were impressed by my professionalism in preparing a clean offer. Additionally, I have a successful track record in negotiating a good price and value on behalf of my clients.
Meet Sally Wood Williams
Sally is a San Francisco Bay Area native who grew up on the Peninsula in Menlo Park. She’s the proud wife and mom to two children. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts and moved to San Francisco where she built a successful career in the advertising business, working for major ad agencies on multi-million dollar accounts. Along the way, Sally met her husband, Mark. On their first few dates, they trained for the San Francisco Marathon and were later married on a rainy New Year’s Eve in San Francisco in 1992.
Sally and Mark moved to Menlo Park with Jackson, their oldest child. Elissa joined Jackson a few years later. They remain in Menlo Park where they both have family nearby.
Sally has superior client services skills honed from many years’ working in the advertising industry. She’s responsive, proactive, and an excellent negotiator. She will keep your best interest at heart at all times!
Sally is passionate about interior design projects, making killer chocolate chip cookies, and enjoys running, hiking, and skiing. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with family, including their two dogs Mac and Belle Starr.
